Kelly Faetanini || New York Bridal Week

Last week we were blown away by Kelly Faetanini’s Spring 2018 “dark romance” collection of absolutely stunning bridal gowns. Inspired by Shakespeare and innocent feelings of seduction, each gown was beautifully crafted to mix romance with sexy edginess. The gowns were adorned with artistic elements such as fine floral details and corsetry seaming that caused jaws to drop all around EZ Studios in Manhattan. Dresses titled Beatrice, Miranda, and Emilia featured soft tulle skirts and off-the-shoulder necklines, creating a dream-like effect. A long sleeve black Chantilly lace gown titled Portia showed off an edgier side to bridal wear, as well as the all over embroidered fit to flare gown with black underlay titled Cleo. The model closing the show wore a silk mikado ball gown titled Macbeth with black ostrich feathers on the skirt… a truly breathtaking look that is perfect for a black-tie affair. With illusion laces and shimmering effects on fabrics, Kelly Faetanini’s latest collection lets your imagination soar.
